What is the rate for hiring the Luxury Sedan for a day?For Airport Transfers Arrival - $80 Departure - $70 For Hourly bookings - $70 per hour with a minimum booking of 3 hours.

Can the Luxury Sedan accommodate more than 2 passengers?Unfortunately, no. If there are more that 2 passengers, we will recommend our customers to opt for MPV/SUV for their trip.

What should I do if I have more than 2 pieces of luggage?Inform us during the booking under remarks/special instructions. For more than 2 large luggages, we will recommend our clients to select MPV/SUV for their trip.

What is the procedure to book the Luxury MPV/SUV for a business trip?Here are the process to book your ride: a. Head over to limo2go.sg/service and choose the type of car. b. Click either Hourly or One-Time button and it will lead you to the pages to fill up your trip details. c. Once done, make your online payment. d. Once payment completed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. e. You will be reminded by our chauffeur once the date of the trip is near.

Can I extend my booking time with the Luxury MPV/SUV if needed?Yes, definitely it is possible. It will be based on our HOURLY rates (additional midnight charges will apply if it crosses 2359hrs)

What happens if we have more luggage than the specified capacity?We will recommend booking another car. One vehicle can only fit in maximum of 4 adults and 4 large luggages.

Can I request a specific type of vehicle for my transfer?Yes of course! You may select your preferred vehicle from our fleet.

How far in advance should I book my transfer service?We can take advance and last minute bookings as well. However, cancellation for last minute bookings won't be allowed.

What is the cancellation policy for transfer services?Arrival, Departure and Transfers - 2hrs before pick-up time (advance booking only)

Is gratuity included in the price of the service?No as this is not obligatory. If you would like to provide tips to our chauffeurs, you may provide them in cash (SGD) before or after your pickup and drop-off.

How can I pay for the transfer service?Payments are only accepted online via credit/debit card transaction though your booking or due invoices.

Is there a limit on the amount of luggage I can bring with me during the transfer?You will need to indicate the number of luggage during your booking as we will recommend which vehicle is suitable for the pick-up if the selected type of vehicle is not suitable.
